Oatmeal has to be one of my favorite breakfasts to have.
This is a really simple meal to have in the mornings. I like to have mine with nutricianal yeast and banana.
This recipe is really more of a preparation that it is a cooked meal because the way that I make oatmeal. Is by using heated water with my oats. Then making them rest for about 10 minutes in the hot water before slicing up my fruit and adding it into the same bowl that I put the oats into.
Are usually use this recipe on the weekends as it’s easier to make it at that point in the week. However it is quite simple to do very some recipe for overnight oats.
This recipes is so versitile that you can really do anything you want with it. If you want to add fruit or any of the nut butters it’s really open to whichever you would prefer to make.
In the overnight version of this real I will put the hose into a bowl and then add cold water stir it up once it becomes soft and then put it into the fridge as it is and in the following morning at the fruit that point so that the fruit remains fresh.

- 1 cup Water
This is just a boiled water method of making this. you can make stove top oats, or even microwaved oatmeal whichever method you use to make them they’re a great way to start any day.
